Demo behavior
The request form validates in your browser and stores or sends nothing. Analytics are disabled unless a future approved configuration is supplied; permitted events must never contain names, contact details, addresses, VINs, plates, policy data, free text, or photos.
Optional operator call line
If the RankRentOS call line is displayed, calling is voluntary and separate from the demo form. CallRail processes basic call metadata and any voicemail the caller chooses to leave for RankRentOS demand measurement. Recording, transcription, texting, AI summaries, personal forwarding, renter forwarding, and provider routing are disabled. CallRail retention and deletion behavior are provider-dependent; callers may use the privacy contact to ask RankRentOS about access or deletion. Do not leave a VIN, plate, street address, policy number, payment information, medical information, or other sensitive details.
Future changes
Before any live provider routing, this notice must be updated to identify the recipient, retention, choices, and contact method. No service provider is currently represented.
